We get quite a few first-timers, and your comfort and privacy is our number one priority. For therapeutic, lymphatic drainage, and prenatal massage sessions, you can expect a warm table with fresh sheets (and a blanket if you'd like), and a tranquil atmosphere. You will be asked some questions about your client intake form that you filled out upon booking. We will go over the flow of the session and how we'll keep you properly covered the entire time, whether you choose to remove all clothing or not. We will also check in with you during session to make sure the pressure is just right.
For Thai yoga massage sessions, you will be greeted with an open room and the Thai floor mat spread out. Clients should wear or bring a set of a clothes they wear for working out.
You are absolutely allowed to talk and carry conversation. A general rule is to let YOU lead the session. If you'd like to chat, chat away. Otherwise, we will do our work while you rest.
